Diversity Book Group

The Diversity Book Group meets the third Friday evening of each month for a potluck dinner and discussion of a variety of books on diverse topics, both fiction and non-fiction.

The Diversity Book Group is a fun, social way to open a dialogue on women, diversity, and change. Historically, the branch’s Diversity Book Group used AAUW’s Adelante! Book Club selections and themes whenever practical (i.e. local library availability). They’ve read about a variety of ethnic groups, cultures, lifestyles and challenges (societal, physical and mental). The Group reads both fiction and nonfiction.
